  • What is the money back guarantee policy?

    If you have purchased a product from the mCubed store, you can try it for 14 days risk-free to make sure it meets your needs. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can contact our team to request a return of the product and a refund.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

    We offer a 14-day risk-free trial, so if the tracker doesn't meet your needs, you can cancel the subscription within 14 days free of charge. After the 14 days, the appropriate fee for early termination of services will be assessed, depending on the time of use.

  • Is there a discount for customers with more than one pet?

    Currently there is none, but our goal is to offer you more options in the future.

  • How much does membership cost?

    Monthly – €6 per month 6 Months – €30 for six months Annual – €48 for one year

  • Can I use the mCubed tracker without a subscription? Why is membership necessary?

    No, the mCubed tracker cannot be used without a subscription package. The subscription is for the device to be on the mobile network, and without it it cannot receive a location signal or any other information.

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    The subscription is renewed automatically. Any package you purchase, after the period it covers, will automatically renew for the same period with automatic payment.

  • How can I stop my subscription?

    You can unsubscribe via the confirmation email you received when ordering. In the email there is an option that says "Manage Subscription", clicking there will redirect you to the corresponding page to stop your subscription. Of course, if you need it, we are at your disposal.
